Adoption Workshops offer an opportunity for families to gather more information about the adoption process, fees and children available for adoption. Prior to a workshop, please complete the free Pre-Application & Questionnaire. ( PDF) ( Word Doc) The Pre-Application & Questionnaire ensure that interested families meet Buckner's basic requirements for adoption. Both the Pre-Application & Questionnaire are required prior to submitting a formal application for adoption with Buckner. Families interested in attending an upcoming Workshop or receiving the Correspondence Workshop Packet should contact Sharon Hedrick at 1-866-236-7823 to register. There is a $50 materials fee.
